They were very helpful and gave the best advice to me about my dog and also what to do as I never had a dog before until now as a puppy.

Midland Vet practice and vet Maisie is highly recommended. Maisie was professional, kind, thorough , calm and sympathetic towards my dog and myself. I was reassured and confident in her diagnosis and treatment. All options and considerations were discussed. I felt listened to and understood. Thank you Maisie !

The visit was a friendly pleasant experience as usual, reception and nurses always very helpful. And a general feeling that everyone there cares deeply about the pets they treat.

I have only praise for this amazing veterinary practice; and am so relieved as, like many people, my animals are everything to me. I have had smallish things related to our cat and dog and recently something serious: our dog had to have an eyelid mass removed and it had grown big. Emma Whitaker (the lead vet on this) was truly outstanding from small detail to major advice. The lead receptionist, Helen, was superbly efficient when dealing with our claim and we received a payment from Pet Plan quickly. All the reception staff were lovely and professional. Of course vet fees are difficult to manage but in our experience Midlands provide services at highly competitive rates and they do try to reduce fees where they can. (There are particular pressures on vets at the moment.) I don't mind if I have to wait a bit (although I haven't personally experienced much delay) because I would rather know that an animal is given the time they need, so I try to book on days/times when a delay is not going to impact on my work, in the event that I do have to wait. (I have always managed to park in a small PayByPhone area in a street on the left just passed the surgery if you are heading in the direction of Stratford - FLETCHER LANES.)

Cerdic Grimbly is the best Veterinary Surgeon along with Holly Swaby and Emma Whitaker. All the Veterinary Nurses, Support Staff and the Practice Manager have always been absolutely fantastic with me and both of my Cats over the past few years. Even when I had to put one of my Cats to sleep they were very professional, understanding and compassionate. They also sent a lovely condolence card. I went to Midland Veterinary Surgery again today with my newest Cat for his 6 month health check, yearly vaccination, nail clipping, de-worming, flea treatment and he is doing really well and is very healthy. I will definitely keep on coming here for many more years to come. I really reccomend this Surgery for your pets. Thank you for a 5 star service!
